Responsibility
- provide excellent guest service and ensure customer satisfaction
- take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- handle cash & card transactions and operate the cash register
- assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed
- bus tables and sanitize work areas
Requirements
- strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques is a plus
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- must be at least 18 years old
- previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
