events coordinator
Responsibility
- oversee all aspects of events, planning and management from conception to completion including
- the Events Coordinator role is varied and busy with a principle duty of ensuring the events are delivered on time and to the high standard Nipperbout’s clients expect
- nipperbout should be represented professionally at all times and all internal and external contacts dealt with in an effective and constructive manner
- the successful applicant will be at the forefront of delivering Nipperbout’s events and services as well as carrying out general administrative and secretarial duties
- book domestic and international travel and accommodation
- working with the HR Assistant to hire and secure required staffing for each event
- responsibility for preparing the Job Boxes with all necessary paperwork and inserting documentation into the relevant folders and/or the digital equivalent of this
- organising post-event filing and generating feedback reports for clients
Requirements
- familiarity with Apple Mac computers is preferred
