Responsibility
oversee the installation of electric charging points at our sites
source reputable local suppliers to carry out agreed works
effectively manage the project budgets bringing issues as they arise to the Managing Director
ensure that works are carried out with the health and safety guidelines and liaise with the Head of HSEQ
give regular updates to the Managing Director/SLT on projects and building on project progression and highlighting any issues
liaise and update teams as and when needed e.g. for works being carried out
be accountable for the effective project management of building development and adaptations from start until finish at the Albourne site and other sites in the southeast region as and when required
oversee maintenance of the buildings and grounds e.g. plumbing, heating, electrical works
Requirements
relevant construction qualifications
project management qualification is desirable as long as there is a minimum of 5 building industry experience
emergency First Aid at Work
manual Handling
A minimum of 10 years experience in the building/construction industry
IOSH Managing Safely – or other relevant H&S construction accreditation
A minimum of 5 years project management experience in the building industry
