- ensure that bars are stocked with glasses, garnishes, drink mixes and ice
- build positive relationships with guests to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- complete required cleaning tasks of all restaurant/bar areas and equipment
- serve all drinks with great presentation and care
- create new and exciting cocktail concepts
- assist waiting staff with food orders when required
- assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
- have strong knowledge of beverage lists and any promotions
