Responsibility

  • using cloud-based accounting software to raise sales invoices to customer
  • tracking purchase orders and allocating correctly on sales invoices
  • ensuring the completion of bank and balance sheet reconciliations including posting debtor and creditor payments
  • monitoring ledgers and preparing the ledgers for month end reporting
  • assisting in the preparation of month-end accounts and
  • ensuring all financial systems and processes are robustly implemented

Requirements

  • proven experience in a Finance Officer, or equivalent, role
  • experience using cloud-based accounting software
  • accounting: 3 years
