Responsibility
to be the organisations expert in SystmOne, the go-to person for clinical reporting and audit, and the trainer and mentor for all team members needing to use clinical systems To acquire knowledge of complex NHS data standards and systems and apply your knowledge on a day to day basis to a variety of problems and queries To effectively work with key stakeholders when dealing with queries in relation to systems and/or data quality issues and delivering appropriate solutions To communicate effectively and clearly with system users and may be required to assist with data quality awareness sessions for staff To run and analyse automated reports and system interfaces To act as a lead on all aspects of data quality as required, managing the initiation, progress and documentation until completed To be the main point of contact with data quality and the wider team at Nimbuscare, escalating issues where appropriate To participate in appropriate audits to determine data quality solutions for users To identify areas where poor quality data is entered onto systems and provide necessary guidance to ensure its right first time Present data quality KPIs to demonstrate the quality of data is improving To manage system merges in a timely and efficient manner to allow for service continuity Maintain and develop data quality documentation To provide departmental support to new post holders with regards to data quality and the systems used
