- preparing statements and reports for the company accountant
- to ensure success as a credit controller, you should have a good eye for detail and the ability to reconcile complex company accounts. Ultimately, a top-class credit controller can maximize company profits by efficiently managing its debts
- ensuring payments are on track to be paid within the agreed terms
- managing the sales ledger
- chasing overdue invoices and payments via telephone and email
- liaising with customers and the sales team

- creating weekly debtor reports and account information for internal departments
Requirements
- association of Accounting Technicians Level 1 qualification
- double entry bookkeeping
- basic costing principles
