ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE !….HORRENDOUS !!!
Had a very bad experience with night manager. I made a complaint and received a bullet point reply from Senior Management, which referred that everything I said was a lie. Exactly as I expected. Previous staff have made negative online comments referring to them personally which gives support to my complaint.
For a more detailed account refer to my online GOOGLE REVIEW, not on their website. They have received incredibly bad reviews from past and present staff which are included in my review.
Would I entrust any of my family there? Absolutely not. In the words of one of their previous staff, “I’D RUN A MILE.”

Have you tried reaching out to any regulatory agencies or healthcare ombudsman to report this issue? It sounds like a serious matter that needs attention.

Hi Andrew, yes I have. I’ve contacted the Welsh Minister for Health, ( @.gov ) and they are investigating. Thanks for the reply. P.

NIGHTINGALE HOUSE HOSPICE seems to grant raises less often than AG TRAVEL & LEISURE. Can anyone confirm this?
