processing, matching and coding invoices and credit notes
bank reconciliation and processing payment runs
posting and allocation of customer, contractor and landlord payments
weekly and monthly invoice returns
sending out customer statements
due to continued growth, we are now looking to recruit an Accounts Manager for our Finance team who will be the first point of contact for accounts queries, alongside managing the business’s larger accounts
supporting other colleagues within the finance team as appropriate – answering phones when required etc
you will also be involved with various other duties and be an integral part of the day to day running of the business
