• we are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator/Administrator to join our Lettings department within a large independent Estate Agency In Harrogate
• the role is full time and will include a Saturday on a rotation basis (approx

• arranging move ins ; referencing tenants, preparing contracts, arranging renewals and dealing with general lettings queries
• contacting all valuation & viewing enquiries and arranging appointments
• additionally the candidate must have a UK drivers license and be willing to do the occasional viewing when needed
• following up on viewing appointments and providing detailed feedback to landlords
• daily tasks will include booking in viewings, registering new clients, negotiating lets, providing feedback and liaising with our Landlords, maintaining a good relationship with them
