Requirements

  • minimum 2 to 3 years managing client relationships, performance, and campaigns in a digital-focussed environment
  • excellent analytical and project management skills
  • hands-on experience in the management of digital campaigns
  • strong presentation and communication skills
  • A technical mindset - enough understanding to talk to developers and designers
  • ability to successfully organize, prioritise, and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • experience of working with Developers
  • good understanding of how key digital marketing channels function - CRO, social media, social media advertising, PPC, re-targeting, email marketing, Local SEO, Organic SEO, CRM, SMS Campaigns

Responsibility

  • ownership of the delivery and day-to-day management of website development and digital campaigns
  • acting as an expert in implementing campaigns to ensure optimal performance
  • helping co-ordinate on-boarding of new clients
  • prepare and present regular client reports and lead regular client meetings
  • brief creative, development, and paid media teams on new streams of work and on-going optimisation of campaigns
  • sense-check and quality assurance of deliverables in line with Scope of Work before presenting to clients
  • translate client requirements into clear and complete briefings for the delivery team
