Responsibility
- 3 Organise staff training both mandatory and training specific to client’s needs. Monitoring of training compliance
- 4 Undertake risk assessments and develop appropriate strategies and care planning to ensure safety to both client and staff
- 5 Provide care plans to meet client’s needs, evaluating and reviewing as required
- 6 Ordering of medication, monitoring stock. Monitoring and updating MAR charts, consulting with health professionals and pharmacist as required
- 7 In conjunction with client’s mother work collaboratively with therapists, school and other professionals and disciplines involved in client’s care
- 1 Undertaking duty rotas, checking time sheets and hours worked. Consulting with payroll, organising annual leave and recording and monitoring sickness
- 8 Hold monthly staff meetings with planned agenda, recording minutes and providing copies to all attendees in a timely manner
- 2 Staff appraisals, to include identifying staff development needs, providing support and supervision to staff. This would include providing regular hands on working with staff to monitor and ensure quality of service
