Requirements

  • minimum 4 years’ experience in AutoCAD
  • minimum 2 years’ experience in Workplace Design & Build
  • confident, well-spoken & friendly with excellent communication skills
  • you will be highly organised with excellent communication skills and computer literacy
  • self-motivated & detail orientated
  • ability to work well under pressure, manage your own time & meet deadlines
  • we’re looking for someone with existing experience within a similar role in our industry in the UK
  • knowledge & understanding of UK Building Regulations

Responsibility

  • carrying out detailed and accurate site surveys
  • producing accurate, detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD
  • collaborate with other team members to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • drawing amendments and revisions where necessary
  • organising the printing, collating, recording and monitoring of all drawings for each project
  • ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations
  • identify and resolve design problems, discrepancies, and errors
  • work within project schedules and deadlines
