Responsibility
- this individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the training department
- respond to training enquiries from clients and proactively develop the training business
- delivery of our training courses in person, or remotely, or arranging out-sourcing of training delivery to a sub-contractor
- provide pre-course and post course support to customers within the scope of training provision
- gather post course customer feedback, upload training records, issue certificates of attendance and update company CRM system
- assist with the management of budgets associated with training revenue and costs
- develop a plan, organise and schedule a training course calendar for the delivery of our range of courses on a regular basis

Requirements
- level 3 in training/education delivery or equivalent
- current full driving licence
- experience in the operation of forklift trucks or in the delivery of forklift training
- experience of transport/logistics industry
- experience in the delivery of first aid training
- computer literacy
- experience in driver training especially Driver CPC training
- knowledge of legislation within the transport industry
