Responsibility
- the role will be working alongside the assessment team in supporting the organic growth of your region
- there will be an expectation of preparing high quality Form F assessments within set timescales, ready for QA and panel
- you will also support your local teams with the delivery of Skills to Foster training
- you will be the consistent link for the prospective fostering households throughout the assessment process, working closely alongside the local teams
- the successful applicant will need to be motivated, disciplined, highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines
- you will be completing Form F assessments across your area, for applicants interested in fostering and for current foster carers who are wishing to transfer over to Nexus Fostering
- the role will also include supporting with the QA of fostering assessments, to ensure these are completed to the required level in preparation for panel and at times, completing Initial Visits to potential applicants and preparing reports from the visit, where professional judgement and decision making will be an essential part of the role
- sound interpersonal skills with proven experience of completing evidence based and high quality, analytical assessments is essential
