- good knowledge of the Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023 and the embedded Quality Standards, and the Social Care Common Inspection Framework
- to ensure that the policies and procedures are correctly implemented
- to ensure that staff training and individual and team developmental needs are identified and met and to assist in training as required
