Requirements

- coaching Credentials: Minimum Coaching license or certification FA Level 1 and above
- experience: Previous coaching experience, especially with youth or developing players
- knowledge: In-depth understanding of football tactics, training methodologies, and player development principles
- communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage with players, parents, and academy staff
- passion for Development: A genuine passion for nurturing and developing young athletes, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment
- 10 per week
- background Check: Successful completion of a background check
Responsibility
- team Management: Manage and lead a specific team or age group, including match days, tournaments, and other competitive events
- technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance to players, emphasising proper techniques, positioning, and game strategy tailored to the NexGen football methodology
- player Evaluation: Conduct player assessments, track progress, and identify areas for improvement, creating development plans for individual athletes
- player Development: Working to our academy program, Plan, develop, and deliver training sessions that focus on individual skill development, tactical understanding, physical conditioning, and mental preparedness
- adherence to Standards: Uphold the NexGen football academy's principles, code of conduct, and training methodologies in all coaching activities
