- collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
