Requirements

  • BASI Level 2 or above
  • knowledge of snowsports training providers, courses, instructor, and coaching pathways
  • ski school experience, creating lesson structures and ski programs from taster/beginner to performance level
  • strong instructing experience, able to mentor and develop less experienced colleagues within sports and leisure environment
  • the Ski School Manager will be responsible for the management of snowsports activities, leading, mentoring, and coaching staff while supervising shifts and delivery of snowsports activities
  • excellent group management, an inclusive, supportive approach, familiar teaching ASN groups and coaching staff in delivery of ASN sessions
  • you will be experienced, confident and proactive in all aspects of leading and delivering quality snow sports sessions, working in a customer facing outdoor environment, both overseeing and delivering activities that meet the needs of the customers and reflect the vision and values of our organisation
  • excellent communication skills
