Responsibility

  • actively keep our Stock database up to date
  • liaise directly with customers to close leads
  • actively use and promote NewGen’s CRM system and keep it up to date
  • pick up any after sales queries and share them with the Customer Care team
  • store management on Saturdays and Sundays
