Responsibility
- conduct routine inspections of production processes and products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- perform quality control checks on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
- document and report any deviations or non-conformities to the appropriate personnel
- collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- maintain accurate records of all quality assurance activities
- audit goods out making sure plant quality is as per customer specification
- participate in internal and external audits as needed
- create Production specifications for all customers
Requirements
- previous experience in a quality assurance role required
- knowledge of HACCP principles and practices an advantage
- strong attention to detail and ability to identify deviations or non-conformities
- excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proficient in using computer software for data entry and analysis
