Responsibility

  • maintaining excellent levels of customer satisfaction, evaluate feedback with a focus on continuous improvement
  • be aware of latest trends to introduce & develop both the matchday & events offer
  • optimise sales, & control costs, identifying areas for action
  • provide effective leadership to the team to ensure targets are met for both the business & individuals development
  • ensure effective communication to the team & also inter departmental
  • manage staff performance issues in line with company procedure
  • recruit, manage & train the front of house team
  • the post holder’s duties must be carried out in compliance with the Club’s Equal Opportunities

Requirements

  • strong knowledge of the events, leisure, service sector
  • exceptional communication skills
  • exceptional leadership skills
  • conference & events experience in hospitality, hotel, events centre or similar
  • passion for delivering exceptional standards of service & team development
  • record of success in conference & events, including beverage management, especially the ability to deliver profit, control costs & build customer loyalty
