you will engage with customers through our Live Chat system, as well as respond to emails and tickets in real-time, ensuring that every customer receives the attention and support they need
familiarity with content management systems and product management tools is preferred, as well as experience with blog writing and SEO

Requirements
taking sales from our online store, including telephone sales, Live Chat, and email and ticket responses

collaborating with our team to create and implement promotions
