This company makes many promises but fails to deliver on them.

I had resin installed in my garden, and to this day I have not received the warranty documentation for the work, despite being promised a 10-year warranty. When I initially received my quotation, I selected a specific resin product. However, I was later informed that this product had been changed and that I would be receiving a more expensive, higher-quality resin instead. I subsequently discovered that the replacement resin was not more expensive and came with a 10-year warranty, which I still have not received.

The quality of the workmanship is also extremely disappointing. There are numerous faults with the resin installation, and I believe corners were cut to reduce costs.

As part of the agreement, a shed was also included. The company assured me that this would be supplied and installed, yet I am still waiting for it,being more than 3 months now.Despite failing to fulfil their obligations, they had the audacity to contact me later requesting additional payment due to their own cost assumptions and miscalculations.

I also visited the company's registered address, only to find what appeared to be an abandoned building with no sign of business activity.

Communication has been equally poor. Phone calls, emails, and text messages are routinely ignored. Calling at any time of the day results in no response, and messages sent via text or email receive the same treatment.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. They appear to carry out work according to their own standards, fail to honour their commitments, and provide little to no after-sales support once payment has been received.

Very bad experience with the service provided,went for resin ground and shed in back garden area;did the resin 3months ago-promised and had contract for shed and warranty.
No warranty given for the work completed yet and no shed given ;waited for more than 3 months,sent emails;not even replied for the last email which was a week ago;very disappointing and unprofessional service
