  • ● To be ACCA/CIMA/ACA fully qualified with a minimum of 2 years experience
  • ● Experience in working in Social Housing Organisations and knowledge of a CIC Business profile preferable
  • ● Xero accounting software preferable

Responsibility

  • teesside / North East area. Service Users are largely referred by the Local Authorities and Local
  • ● Manage the day to day accounting operations using Xero/Google/Microsoft
  • charities or Support Agencies
  • ● Prepare Monthly/Quarterly management accounts including detailed analysis to support all account balances and explanations for variance to budget
  • ● Prepare annual financial budgets including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow along with detailed supporting schedules and commentary
  • ● Prepare and present Quarterly board reports and cash flow forecasts, identifying results and trends
  • ● Prepare and submit statistical returns
  • ● Monthly bank reconciliations
