Working hours

Responsibility

  • helping the Managing Director with all scheduling / planning of site visits
  • booking appointments. Collating all necessary paperwork required and distributing to appropriate Consultant
  • working with the Business Administrator writing up and amending reports as required including FRA’s, WEC’s, Asbestos Reports etc
  • keeping all spreadsheet records updated
  • holding a weekly meeting with Managing Director, Kieran Ross
  • creating agenda for weekly team meeting and chairing the meeting
  • to liaise with all Directors and Consultants to ensure effective communication within the company
  • answering phone calls and emails and actioning accordingly
