- work closely with financial advisers to support the financial planning process
- prepare compliant files and Suitability Reports
- ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- undertake administration tasks with Investment Providers and Platforms
- contribute to the development of new financial planning strategies and processes
- new Leaf Distribution Ltd is seeking an Paraplanner to join our team in Rayleigh, Essex. The successful candidate will have experience working with the Intelliflo system and a strong background in financial planning and administration
- liaise with Advisers to correct submissions where required
Requirements
- level 4 Diploma or Equivalent
- experience using the Intelliflo system
- knowledge of financial products, investments, and regulatory requirements
- comfortable using back-office systems
- excellent research, analysis, and report writing skills
- able to collate and process information within timeframes
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- able to communicate clearly and professionally
