- he/She is responsible for ordering quality stock and stock taking relevant to needs in there specialist area to ensure a smooth operation of his section of the kitchen
- to maintain high standard of personal presentation and hygiene whilst preparing food and to assist in the training and development of staff
- supervises, organises and instructs kitchen staff and manages the whole kitchen or an area of the kitchen; ensures relevant hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained within the kitchen
Requirements
- there are no formal academic requirements. However, we prefer candidates with Graduation or Diplomas in the Specified area of employment, and we prefer candidate with minimum 3 year experience in the same area of employment
- weekly working hours: 37.5 hrs per week
- cooking: 3 years
