Responsibility

  • we are looking for an experienced, multi-skilled Property Maintenance person to work for our Property Letting and Management business
  • your day-to-day role will be to undertake various repairs and maintenance works on a number of tenanted properties, as directed by the Property Manager
  • these properties are situated across Newcastle upon Tyne and Gateshead and as part of this role, you will have use of a work van during working hours

Requirements

  • full UK driving license
  • 25 hours per week
  • proven maintenance experience/technical qualification
  • maintenance: 1 year
  • rate: Minimum wage
