- perform routine maintenance and repairs on JLR vehicles mainly
- diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues
- conduct vehicle inspections and provide recommendations for necessary repairs
- complete repairs in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
- collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements
- previous experience as a vehicle technician or in a related field preferred
- knowledge of auto body repair and equipment repair is a plus
- ability to weld is highly desirable
- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
