- NEW DIRECTIONS is seeking an experienced Plant Manager for one of the UK's leading timber pallet and packaging solutions businesses that delivers a wide range of goods and services to industrial, public, and manufacturing markets
- hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
- reporting to the Regional Director, this role will be responsible for leading the pallet and case manufacturing function within budget and output targets to meet customer requirements and standards
- you will have full accountability for ensuring safety, customer quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met and ensure all Timber stocks are sufficient to support all new business opportunities
- you will be responsible for developing an enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible team by building working relationships and ensuring that Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements are adhered to
