Responsibility

  • in the absence of the senior care coordinator/ Branch manager, all absences or changes are recorded on the database and allocation of essential cover
  • compiling and maintaining accurate records, care plans, medication and financial transactions in line with GDPR requirements
  • to carry out Care Worker duties and carry out Care Calls
  • to ensure that each Service user receives the appropriate care package and that continuity of care is a priority
  • report all comments, complaints and compliments to the Branch Manager as soon as they are received
  • supporting allocated branches with On Call duties per-rota
