Requirements
proven experience in a sales environment is desirable, managing sales, invoicing, and stock orders
experience of data entry is required
strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team and build relationships with clients
organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
proficiency in office software and experience with inventory systems and/ or warehouse operations is a plus
experience in payroll and bookkeeping is desirable
minimum of 5 years administrative experience, with 2 years at a senior office or administrative management level role, ideally in a small to medium-sized business

Responsibility
manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment
work with the finance team to reconcile accounts, track expenses, and provide accurate financial reports
collaborate with suppliers and manage stock reordering to avoid shortages or overstock situations
track and optimise stock movement between multiple locations to avoid shortages or excesses
ensure the effective flow of information between the warehouse and the office team to optimise stock handling
lead and oversee a team of office administrators and an office manager to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and day-to-day smooth functioning of administrative operations
identify and implement process improvements to enhance office efficiency and productivity
identify and implement process improvements to enhance the invoice management process
