Requirements

  • experience with a sales/stock/customer based software
  • good customer service and communication skills
  • good focus and attention to detail within multitasking
  • knowledge of Excel preferable but not essential

Responsibility

  • processing and monitoring of customer orders
  • invoicing and crediting customers
  • answering calls, assisting customers and Area Sales Managers with queries and instructions
  • stock transfers between customers and product sourcing
  • monitoring and maintaining automatic system functions
  • liaising with our courier where necessary
