Responsibility
- adopt an evidence-led approach, identifying and executing appropriate A/B tests and experiments to validate design decisions and development priorities
- work with the CRO & UX Manager on defining and identifying development priorities, building high quality user experience
- continually evaluate and propose improvements to all aspects of the member experience through challenging the status quo
- work with the CRO and UX Manager to review and monitor the performance of key web metrics to understand the impact that any actions have had from any projects or BAU completed
- being proactive with conducting regular testing of user journeys; escalating any unforeseen issues, or highlighting areas for improvement against Digital and Strategic priorities
- transform research findings into actionable insights with measurable outcomes
- proactively monitor the usability and performance of our member journeys to identify candidates for further research or experimentation
- drive a ‘customer first approach’ to everything we do in a way that enables us to acquire, convert and retain more engaged and loyal members, driving ROI and increasing Revenue Per Active Member
Requirements
- commercial UX Research Design: 3 years
