3rd line support engineer

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Responsibility

  • answering and managing support calls
  • updating the Service Desk to maintain a detailed record of incidents, requests and problems
  • diagnose and solve desktop hardware and software issues
  • ensuring SLAs are met, and users are updated with resolution progress
  • prioritising support issues on a case-by-case basis in line with ITIL standards
  • installation of new hardware and software at customer premises or remotely
  • assist with infrastructure installations, and other projects as required

Requirements

  • excellent communication skills
  • knowledge of working for a Managed Service Provider
  • microsoft Azure
  • configuring SharePoint and Azure AD/Device management
  • minimum of 1 years experience
  • configuring and managing cloud-based VoIP services
  • remote Desktop Services
  • active Directory
