- greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar
- coordinate and schedule meetings
- manage the rota for the reception team

Requirements
- previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role preferred
- experience leading a team
- strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
