- present to and consult with the Head of Employer Engagement and other appropriate Managers on business trends with a view to developing new programmes, services, and qualifications
- sharing best practices and leads with other members of the recruitment and progression team, maximizing opportunities for Netcom Training and ensuring a coordinated approach
- providing employer feedback on Netcom's products to the curriculum team, helping to refine and enhance our offerings
- ensuring administrative duties are complete, and databases and CRM systems are kept up to date and accurate
Requirements
- previous experience in employer engagement, business development, or a related field is highly desirable
- exceptional relationship-building and networking skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence employers effectively
- proactivity and self-motivation in seeking out new employer partnerships and driving engagement
