Responsibility
- issuing references for ex-employees and requesting and chasing references for new employees
- setting up new starter files
- administration of the Westfield and Perkbox employee schemes
- preparing leaver’s documentation, carrying out exit interviews, logging these and providing recommendations to management
- set reminders for managers and team leaders to carry out PDPs and probation reviews and support where necessary
- to work with managers to identify suitable courses and staff training programmes, including designing and delivering in-house HR training to increase manager understanding / capability
- co-ordination and planning of social activities for team and the business, including event booking, catering and meeting room management
- preparing and issuing HR correspondence as required, including change of salary, amendment letters, confirmation of resignation, new starter documents, contracts, flexible working documentation etc
