Responsibility
- provide expert mortgage advice to clients and offer recommendations based on their needs and financial circumstances
- manage client relationships throughout the mortgage application process
- liaise with lenders to secure the best mortgage deals for clients
- ensure that all mortgage applications are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- meet and exceed individual and team targets
Requirements
- ceMAP qualification or equivalent - CAS status not essential, new entrants will be considered
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance requirements
- primarily office based, however flexibility on working hours needed
- clean DBS check
- fit & Proper check and sign off from our mortgage network
