Responsibility

  • manage and maintain our Zoho CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • develop, implement, and maintain custom modules, workflows, and integrations within Zoho CRM to support business processes and requirements
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions for Zoho CRM customization, integration, and optimization
  • monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed, providing timely resolutions
  • conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes to optimize system efficiency and effectiveness
  • train and support end-users on best practices for using Zoho CRM, and provide ongoing assistance as needed
  • stay up-to-date with Zoho CRM updates and industry best practices, ensuring our system remains current and optimized
  • design and implement API integrations with various third-party applications, including middleware between Nera Capital and law firms, ensuring seamless data synchronization and automation

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • strong understanding of Zoho CRM architecture, modules, and features
  • proficient in API development, with experience in RESTful APIs and web services
  • familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PHP
  • excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • 3+ years of experience in Zoho CRM administration, customization, and API integration
