We are currently looking to recruit a Production Planner to join our award-winning business at Ayr. Our team supports the European, Middle Eastern, African and Indian (EMEAI) territories for Neogen, a top performing NASDAQ listed business employing over 2,000 people worldwide.The planning team are responsible for ensuring the availability of product to fulfil orders and maintain stock holding for raw material, manufactured, and buy to sell product from our multi site business. The ideal candidate must be driven, forward thinking with a positive attitude who wants to grow with a fast paced, evolving company.The Production Planner will assist the Planning Manager in the day to day running of the planning department and tasks and projects as required. They will also assume responsibility for one of the main planning workstreamsThe successful candidate should have:Experience in production & supply chain planningExperience of multi-site planningAbility to work under pressure on multiple tasks and manage prioritiesExceptional attention to detail and analytical skillsAbility to able to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersHave excellent oral and written communication skillsGood knowledge of MS officeStrong problem solving and decision making skillsThis is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing organisation.
