preparing draft minutes from each meeting for review, approval, and circulation
follow up action points with allocated owners to facilitate their timely resolution
provide effective secretarial support to Heads of Department/Senior Management Teams as required

draft minutes should include all accurate resolutions from the Meetings and ensure the formatting and standard text is in accordance with the College requirements
to take ownership of the Committee Handbook ensuring it is reviewed and updated annually; liaise with all nominated committee secretaries to ensure compliance with the Handbook providing training if necessary
undertake any other reasonable duties as required commensurate with the position
Requirements
proven experience of taking detailed minutes at senior committee-level meetings
A demonstrable understanding of committee governance and support
ability to summarise discussions effectively and identify actions
ability to touch-type
excellent attention to detail
customer service: 1 year
administrative experience: 1 year
strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and to work to deadlines
