Responsibility
- ● Responsible for co ordinating servicing and maintaining customer machinery in accordance with any legal requirements
- ● Responsible for organising the installation of customer equipment
- ● To maintain a calendar of our customers so they know when servicing and pressure testing is required
- ● To sell and maintain a Pre-Planned Maintenance scheme to customers
- ● Keep good relationships with all local and national subcontracted engineers, booking them as needed
- ● Maintaining good relationships with key machinery suppliers
- ● Keeping up to date with any training or certification requirements
- ● Keeping up to date with coffee machinery innovations
Requirements
- we are looking for someone who has experience in the speciality coffee world and are looking for their next steps
- using your coffee knowledge to deliver great results for customers
- the coffee machine technician is responsible for organising the servicing/maintenance of customer machinery with third party engineers and training customers on how to use their machinery
- ability to get alongside and form good relationships with varied customers
- customer focused mindset
- the aim then is to train and gain experience to be able to perform services and maintenance alongside our partners. Neighbourhood would support you throughout the whole process
