Responsibility

  • the Deputy Warehouse Manager takes full ownership of the Warehouse operation for inbound and outbound goods
  • with a focus on safety, quality, and timing-achieving full customer satisfaction
  • they shall ensure that a stable safe and reliable warehouse is in place, managed and continuously improved
  • they lead the Team Leaders with targets and coaching, so all employees contribute to the success of the company

  • the specific duties of the Deputy Warehouse Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources, and securing compliance
  • the Deputy Warehouse Manager will need to be available to cover any business needs during the production hours
