Responsibility

  • neckar Forklifts are looking for an Accounts Assistant / Administrator to join our Accounts Team located in Windsor, Berkshire
  • raising manual invoices/credits
  • producing reports weekly / monthly reports
  • arranging transport for delivery of forklifts

Education

  • knowledge of Sage 50Accounts Package
  • excellent IT skills
  • A self-motivated individual who is able to prioritise work-load
  • hands on approach to problem solving

Requirements

  • use Outlook, attach documents, and maintain a ‘tidy’ customers and suppliers account
  • friendly and confident telephone manner
  • able to work to deadlines, with the ability to organize and prioritise
  • accounting: 1 year
  • able to take on a task, willing to ask if you don’t understand the instructions, and able to apply logic to decide on the next steps
