  • providing first-line technical support to clients, answering calls, emails, and tickets in a timely manner
  • you will be in charge of giving our clients technical help and ensuring that their IT systems are operating effectively, whilst escalating complex issues to our 2nd Line IT Support Engineers

Requirements

  • proven experience as a 1st Line IT Support Engineer or similar role
  • 1st Line IT Support: 1 year
  • microsoft 365 support: 1 year
  • relevant industry certifications would be an advantage
