Responsibility
- responsible for receiving, reviewing, and collecting information related to the project portfolio and assigning the correct resources
- opening projects, creating, scheduling, and closing task along with creating project purchase orders
- collecting and analysing data to put into professional customer reports
- delivering high-quality IT services for all customers through effective leadership of the Project Co-ordinators, ensuring processes and controls are in place to meet business needs, whilst providing proven knowledge & best practice for execution & delivery
- service Management administration such as raising PO’s, keeping spreadsheets up to date
- to co-ordinate internal support and external service providers and ensure effective communication on all matters relating to the project, service delivery & satisfaction of the customer
- assisting with onboarding and offboarding contracts and Statements of work
- the position will bring a fresh perspective on how we engage our internal and external resources to provide our customers with a world class experience
Requirements
- at least 5 years working in an office environment and poses excellent communication skills with a passion to help customers
- certification in Project Management must be obtained in the first 12 months of employment
- ability to work independently and/or with teams of people
- microsoft Project experience would be helpful but not essential
- aggressive & driven Individual who wants to join a growing team and help us take the business to the next level
