Responsibility
- we are seeking a Residential Renovation Assistant to join our team for a project involving a 2-bedroom flat renovation
- assist in the demolition of the existing kitchen, including removing cabinets, appliances, and tiles
- bag up and transport debris to the designated disposal area or van, ensuring a clean and safe work environment
- this is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
- help with applying the first coat of paint to walls and ceilings as per the project requirements
- follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment during all renovation activities
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite, ensuring tools and equipment are appropriately stored
- as a Renovation Assistant, you will play a vital role in preparing the flat for renovation, including the removal of the kitchen and tiles, general laboring, and assisting with painting tasks
Requirements
- physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- previous experience in renovation or construction work is a plus, but not mandatory
- willingness to learn and take on various tasks as needed to support the renovation process
- ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from the project manager
- punctuality and reliability, adhering to the designated work hours from 8 AM to 4 PM
- attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of work performed
- supervising experience: 1 year
- restaurant management: 1 year
