Requirements
- minimum 3 to 5 years QS experience within the Building Industry
- comfortable with being a key member of the build team and qualified with SMSTS/ SSSTS
- attention to detail and with an excellent working knowledge of Excel
- full Driving Licence
- understanding and experience of implementing JCT Contract terms
- mainly site-based on project within the Home Counties, although the ability to demonstrate that the candidate can work effectively while based remotely is key
- surveying: 3 years
- working as a key member of the Construction team, with the ability to organise workload across multiple projects to meet deadlines
Responsibility
- prompt identification and costing of Variations, plus maintain overall project forecast Final Account budgets to guide client expectations
- job Type: Full-time
- support site teams with regular visits to monitor progress and submit monthly Valuations
- provide monthly Cost-Value Reconciliation and Reports, plus robust cashflow forecasting
- maintain relationship with a key client to compliment excellent current levels of repeat business
